Animations!

Ahoy fellows!!!! I feel like it’s been ages since I’ve posted anything!

I have exciting news! I’ve been steadily trying my hand at ✨animation✨ And today I’m gonna show them them to you!

Now don’t go expecting some kind of Disney movie, this is VERY amateur and early steps!

Like I said, quite elementary. But these were both a lot of fun to make!! Animation is a slow process, and I am an impatient person when it comes to creativity, but hopefully I will learn to slow down a bit when it comes to stuff like this.

ALSO I did this some days ago but I actually tried using colored pencils for the first time in AGES. Here is the result

It’s Pixal! In color! I’m quite pleased with this one! (Don’t look at her hands though)

Especially this part right here 👆🏻👆🏻Drawing robot arms is weirdly fun.

Another thing I did that was ✨new✨ is that I played with some costume makeup on Wednesday, something I’ve never done before.

My goal this winter is to start trying more new things. It’s easy for me to fall into a very stagnant routine in the wintertime, so I’d like to avoid that habit this year.

I think a lot of people went back to school yesterday so to those of you that did… good luck. I’m not going back to school until Monday.

    Woah, those animations are EXCELLENT!!!! So smooth!!!🤩 I can’t choose which I like more, the water drip is SO COOL, but the other one is too! I like both of them.👏🏼
    Wonderful job with the colored pencil P.I.X.A.L, I haven’t had much luck with them, (colored pencils I mean) so I applaud you DOUBLY.👏🏼👏🏼

      Thank you!! Animation is very fascinating to me, I can’t wait until I can do more complex things!
      I used to use colored pencils on my drawings all the time, back when I wasn’t that good. I’d kind of like to find a better form of coloring, but in the mean time colored pencils are quite convenient (and shading is pretty fun). Thank you so very much, and you too 😊
