Short post, big news

Ahoy! I have some place to be in an hour so I can’t talk long, but I feel I need to announce this before it’s old news…

I recently made a huge purchase, one of the very first large holes burnt into my pocket. But I have saved up for this a very long time, and last Thursday I am proud to say I bought my very own brand new IPAD!!!

It’s super exciting, it’s slightly bigger than our family iPad and now I won’t have to share with my sibling. I can draw whenever I want!!

Speaking of, here is the first drawing I’ve made on my new iPad.

Top, left to right: Aurora, the pc from the video game Child of Light; a faerie inspired by the song The Willow Maid by Erutan (would recommend); the Knight from Hollow Night

Bottom, left to right: Hunter from the Owl House; and Aisling from the fantastic movie Secret of Kells. I’m currently obsessed with her song Pangur Ban

So yeah, that’s all because I have to eat lunch now! I’ve been very busy lately, but hopefully soon I will get back into what routine I had! Thank you very much for reading, I wish you a wonderful week!

(But like seriously, go listen to Willow Maid and Pangur Ban they are so pretty)

    Ooo, congrats!!! I love that Owl House drawing for some reason…it looks super nice!
    Okay, weird story…I have very traumatic memories of Secret of Kells. I watched part of it when I was younger, and it was terrifying to me. Now it looks like, pretty cool, but I looked up the song after I read this post and just seeing the album cover of the soundtrack was freaky…Haha, just a weird thing. Thank you for finally placing that memory in a category, I couldn’t remember what movie it was for the longest time!
    The Willow Maid is so good! Thanks for recommending it!!

      I know what you mean! When I tried watching the first time it freaked me OUT. In fact, I don’t think I even ever watched the ending until last night! If it helps, the ending is really good and really happy. But I certainly understand if you don’t go near it again 😅
